I purchased 350 dollars worth of merchandise on June 16,2020. I had to return everything because they were too small. They received merchandise July 3 and it is now Sept 2 and I have not received my refund. They told me in August it takes 6 weeks it has now been 12 and I cannot get a human on the phone to speak with regarding this issue. I would never recommend and will never buy from them again.

I bought a sports hat and it came today but looked awful on me. It's impossible to do a return thru the website! I could not bring my order up! I waited an hour for a response on live chat but none came. And i tried to call but didn't get thru to a living person! I am frustrated and don't ever want to buy anything from your website again!

The clothes here have a bad material Overall good experience I ordered many items on may The dress ordered was nothing like the one in the picture. The length was almost 12" shorter. Seems we're visible and some not attached. I have complained 6 times with no acknowledgment or reply I have tried to return all my orders, getting nowhere and it’s a nightmare. I sent an email to the company getting no response then I went on Facebook and I found their Contact info which is seven6zero²⁸⁴ Three ᵒⁿᵉ ᵀᴴᴿᴱᴱ one when I contacted the company finally I was able to get in touch with the company customer care help department and I received excellent service. He resolved my issues and was very pleasant throughout the entire process. but I have to say their clothing is garbage !!!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I returned the sport bra I ordered online right afer I received it. The sizing is horrible. I went online to return the product and I received a USPS mobile return code. I brought it to USPS to return it the next day. Never wore it! The next day I received an email with just a e-gift card. I texted the customer service I wanted a refund to my original payment. The customer service stated that sorry because you were on a fast track return we could only refund you with a e-gift card. What a bs and scam! I never asked for a e-gift card and also when I returned online and the site didn't mention any fast track only refund with a e-gift card. Boycott this company and products!
I purchased a pair of commission pants in Destin earlier this year and liked them so well i went online to order a couple more pairs. I ordered another black pair and i tried a blue/gray pair. They came in i wore the blue/gray pair out and kept feeling something different on the back of the leg. Along the middle of the leg it is like they did not have a full piece of material but two halves. A seam runs along the back of the leg. I checked the black pair. They do not have that. My other pair does not have that. I contacted LuLuemon. After sending them pic after pic of the pant their solution is to send me a store credit that i can repurchase the pants (why they can't replace is a question unanswered) or purchase something else as the item i wanted may not be in stock. May not be in stock? My credit never expires. These pants were $128 and tax. No answer as to why a seam, i have to box up and ship and wait on my credit, there are three stores in charlotte. I declined their offer and they said to contact them if i ever need more assistance. They said they did understand.
I've spent tens of thousands at lulu with the incorrect assumption that I was buying quality that a reliable company would stand behind. I bought one of the most expensive yoga mats on the market and within a year, it had basically disintegrated into dust. Customer service calls it normal wear and tear. Clearly cheap material not designed for actual long term use.
I paid half for a better replacement. I should have researched but for years I blindly trusted lulu to sell quality or, at the very least, make things right. I was a fool.
My girls were each given a pair of Lululemon leggings for Christmas 2020. One pair has stretched to the point of needing a hair elastic to hold them up! I sent pictures and a detailed description of the issue. Lululemon will not let me return them as my concern "does not qualify"! The other pair of leggings (identical type) are perfect! The girls wear them equally as much, they have been washed equally as much and never put in the dryer! This is truly frustrating! A very expensive lesson. Never going to purchase Lululemon again.
The expensive leggins I bought from Lululemon slip down the moment you start exercising. I contacted customer services to see if I could exchange them and was told there was nothing they could do. The product was completely unfit for purpose and customer services less than helpful. Do not use his company.
WORSE customer service experience with lululemon. I got a pair of leggings in February for them to already have a hole in them by March. After wearing $98 leggings + tax, FOUR times, I'd expect an exchange or my situation complying to the "lifetime warranty". I am extremely unimpressed, especially since it's not the first time their in store/warranty customer service disappoint.
Not to mention their sales staff that are not only at times demeaning or barely any help. If I'm paying extreme prices, I'm expecting extreme customer service.
From now on, I will be shopping elsewhere.

After weeks of writing for poor quality lulu yoga pants and told there is nothing the can do. I suggest you stay away from the brand.. poor fabric that is pilling and they ask for pictures after much back and fourth to only say after 3weeks of this none sense sorry the product doesn’t meet your standard but we can not issue a return. You are better off buying Walmart tights at 20$ and throw them in the garbage after 2-3 months then to buy lulu’s at 100$ and throw them after 2-3months. Quality is extremely “Lousy” and not worth the price. BTW bought a pair from gym shark so far into the 3rd month and still running with them, not see through nor pilling. Go gym shark !!!

Never buy again ! Been waiting the best part of a month for my money back and all I get is excuses and wait another 3-10 days . Absolutely shocking , avoid unless you like wasting money !
I have a closet full of Lululemon pants. About twelve pair. I am 78 years old. I spend a lot of money on your clothing, both for myself and my grand daughter. I do not sweat nor do I do yoga. I walk four miles a day. I wear your pants because they are so comfortable and make my back feel good. Last week I bought Align 28 in an offwhite/light gray color at your Scottsdale, AZ store in The Quadrant. . This is the second wearing of these pants. Yikes...They are ALL pilled and snagged at the top of the thigh. I did nothing to these pants except walk in them.
Come on Lululemon! I assume you factory test the fabrics you use, so you must know there are pilling problems with this batch/or color. I was going to buy another pair today, but not now.

I bought a 300 dollars purple puffer coat online and as soon as I started wearing it the purple layer started to come off with the minimal friction, and it left a black-gray material visible, like the purple was some sort of paint that would come off easily. I was devastated, I have never felt robed like this by a store, I complained about the quality, I sent pictures, I asked for my money back, but they only gave a me a “60 dollars giftcard”. Shame on you lululemon! I put the coat in the trash can after 1 month of purchasing it!

I liked their Allign Leggings fabric. I specifically searched for Allign Leggings. I selected a pair of Allign leggings. When it arrived, it was too large. I immediately began the return process.

NOT. A wait of 1+ hours. To receive a return label, I'm advised to wait 48 hours. (Really?). I did not receive a label, so after 48 hours I contacted LLL again, ( another long phone wait), and then received a return label.
